Every amenity.
No surprises.
Not a sales pitch. A full inventory — the big things, the inside, and the small things that matter when you're 20 minutes from the nearest store.
The things you booked for.
Private Hot Tub
104°F year-round. Soak under the stars after skiing or hiking. Private — no sharing with strangers.
Fire Pit
Wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack seating and s'mores kit. Ready to go every evening under a bowl of stars.
Pellet Stove
Heats the entire main floor in minutes. Real warmth, not just aesthetic — especially useful in shoulder season.
Mini-Split AC + Central Heat
Mini-split in the living room cools the main level on warm afternoons. Central heat keeps the whole cabin warm in winter — Pagosa weather covered both ways.
Covered Front Deck
Covered deck running the front of the cabin — gas grill, outdoor dining, hot tub, and fire pit all just steps away. West-facing, so you get the sunset.
Direct Forest Access
Five private acres backing onto San Juan National Forest. 1.8 million acres of trails from your door.
Game Room
Air hockey, ping-pong, board games, retro console with 40,000+ classic titles, and a smart TV. Lower-level hangout the kids claim immediately — adults end up here too.
Everything inside the cabin.
The stuff you only notice when it's missing.
We're 20 minutes from town. These details matter more than they do at a city hotel.
Keyless Entry
Code sent the morning of arrival. No key exchange, no waiting around.
All Linens + Towels
Full set for every guest — bed linens, bath towels, pool towels. Don't pack them.
Coffee Bar
Nespresso + drip. You'll want this before the drive to Wolf Creek.
Starter Pantry
Oil, salt, basic spices, coffee, dish soap. Enough to avoid an emergency grocery run on night one.
Pet Bowls + Throws
Dogs welcome (with approval). Bowls, a few throws, dog-friendly setup ready.
Local Guidebook
Michael's personal guide to Pagosa — hikes, restaurants, waterfalls, hot springs. Printed and waiting.
Kids' Toys + Books
Kid-friendly stash — toys, picture books, coloring supplies. Brings the toddler down off the road-trip ceiling.
Board Games
Stack of board games and card games for the snowy night when the WiFi goes out. (Starlink rarely does.)
Gas Grill
Full-size propane grill on the covered front deck. Steaks at altitude under a sky full of stars.
Plenty of Parking
Wide gravel driveway fits 4–6 vehicles plus trailers, snowmobiles, or a boat. Bring everyone.
Horseshoes
Pit set up in the yard. Older than your phone, more fun than your phone.
What we're honest about.
Mountain cabins aren't hotels. Here's what you should know before you book.
Patchy Cell Signal
Verizon and AT&T generally work. Starlink covers WiFi calling. Download offline maps before arrival.
Cistern Water, Not City
No well or city hookup out here — water is trucked in and stored in our cistern. Clean, potable, perfectly fine to drink. Just be a little more mindful than at home: shorter showers help a lot.
No Cable TV
Smart TV only. Bring your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ login. Most guests prefer it — no channel surfing, more presence.
No Mid-Stay Housekeeping
We clean thoroughly before and after. No interruptions during your stay. Towel swap available for long stays.
