We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids loved the air hockey table! Keep in mind if you are a large group there is not a dish washer and the washing machine is very small. They also ask that water usage be kept to a minimum as it is not connected to city water. We were very grateful they allowed pets with an extra fee. Michael was very quick to respond and super kind!

This cabin was a perfect getaway for our family of 4- spacious, clean, and stocked with everything that we needed and more. Beautiful location. Michael was an excellent host, and the process was seamless.

Pagosa Forest Lodge was a wonderful and peaceful getaway for my family of 5 and 2 dogs! The cabin was so clean and lots of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! Michael’s land was amazing, we hiked on it every day! The hot tub was so nice and clean, we soaked every night! It’s a great location, close to town and lots of hiking and fishing close by! We are big fly fishing family, so being close to the rivers was so nice. Riff Raff brewing company was a great place for food and brews! Michael is very quick at responding and very thorough with the check in/out process! We will definitely be back!

Michael was a great host. We had some unexpected travel changes and he was accommodating to that. He was friendly and helpful with anything we needed! Cabin is in a great spot right off the hwy but far enough tucked away with great views. Great place overall 😊

The place the cabin, the surroundings the forest right behind was perfect for our experience. Our dogs had a blast around the property. And my wife love Pagosa will be back if you're thinking about booking this cabin don't hesitate just do it five out of five stars perfect.

The cabin was big and beautiful. We had a lovely Thanksgiving there. Everything we needed was available and the house was clean and ideal for a family getaway in the mountains.

Probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed from ABNB. Huge house. It was just me and my wife, but would great for a family get together.

This was the perfect stay for myself and my husband to unwind and get away after our wedding. It was a peaceful getaway, still within driving distance to town. Would recommend and stay at again!

House is amazing and kids enjoyed a lot. Location is so scenic and amazing. Everything was well maintained making stay comfortable. Stargazing can be done from the property. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, well equipped stay surrounded by nature. We could see deer family too.

This was an absolutely gorgeous cabin! It was nice and private but still close to town. It was very easy to find. Michael was very kind and answered all questions I had prior to booking. Instructions for checking in and out as well as during our stay were very clear! The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of amenities available to us. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the Pagosa Forest Lodge. Michael was helpful and very responsive. There was plenty of space and the surroundings were beautiful. Our only complaint would be that the furniture and kitchen supplies could use some upgrading.

Our two families with a bunch of kiddos had an amazing time here! There was tons of things for the kids to do and a nice little hot tub for the adults and a fire pit to make s'mores in. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pagosa cabin so much! It was wonderful and had everything we needed! We loved that it was not in town. The hot tub and fire pit were great to have on the property for something to do in the evening! We plan to be back! It was great! ♥️

The place was perfect for connecting with friends. Comfortable beds with super soft linens. Private, quiet location, with beautiful views from the porch. You will need to drive to stores and/or restaurants, nothing is within walking distance. Great place to unplug, but has all the modern conveniences.

5 adults, 2 dogs. We all had a blast! The cabin has a great cabin feel to it. Very secluded with so much wildlife everywhere you look. The views were amazing, and so was the hot tub and fire pit. We are very pleased with the experience, so are our dogs!

The Forest Lodge was a quiet, peaceful spot to enjoy a quick weekend getaway! The covered hot tub was a lovely amenity! Wish we had more time to explore.

Booked Michael's place last minute and it ended up being a wonderful stay! It was comfy and secluded but still very close to pagosa springs downtown. If I'm ever back in town I'd choose to stay at Michael's place again!

This was a very short anniversary getaway for my wife and I. We were a bit worried about the snow forecast for the area, but we got in easily before the snow. Michael messaged me a couple times before we arrived and later during the next day, very proactive. The cabin was very spacious for us, king bed was a plus, and the hot tub was much needed with all the cold and snow! Away from town but off the main road for ease of travel. Out back we hit the trails and was able to do some nice sledding. Overall, a very good stay and would consider Michael's place again in another season!

Clean, absolutely everything is exactly as described...we were 2 families on a ski trip and this spot was perfect for us. Very responsive host, beautiful location. We'll probably come back next year!

This cabin is something really special. It was so cozy and clean. It had amazing hiking close by, beautiful views of the mountains, and so many animals all around. We really enjoyed everything about this cabin and will be coming back very soon.

This place is definitely worth a stay. It's a great mountain getaway close to hiking, town, Navajo Lake State Park, and Chimney Rock. Really beautiful area and a comfortable, private home.

Nice place had a great time

My wife and I and a couple friends came down for an extended weekend to relax and celebrate a birthday. We loved the place, not far from town, very private and beautiful surrounding. We went for a hike out the back door, enjoy the hot tub and played some horseshoes. Nice relaxing time.

We had a great time with friends at the cabin while passing through Pagosa Springs. The cabin is located a short distance from downtown Pagosa where there are many hot springs, restaurants and other activities to explore. The home is situated up on a hill so it receives a nice breeze when sitting outside or even inside with the windows open. Sitting outside on the deck in the evenings was a great way to relax and watch the deer passing through the property. The weather was perfect during our stay allowing us to create a nice bonfire and cook some steaks outside on the grill and then enjoy the jacuzzi afterwards. The home had plenty of space and was stocked with all of the basic essentials.

The place was amazing with beautiful views during the day and amazing star gazing at night. It was close to so many things to do that we could not get them all in from fishing, mountain biking, to spending time in the mountain towns of Pagosa Springs and Durango. The only thing that would have made it better was if we stayed longer!

Nice cabin in a beautiful area! We did some hiking, mountain biking, and driving around/ sight-seeing. We went to Chimney Rock and we also drove into Durango to do the train to Silverton. We felt like there were enjoyable things to do in all directions! Cabin was comfortable for our group of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids). We had a great time!

Great view, Great location, and Great accommodations! Just what our group was looking for to get away, unwind, and escape the Texas heat. The added bonus of being a few miles outside of town provided us with the peace and quiet to recharge!

We spent three nights here and it was better than advertised. Wonderful accommodations and the night sky was something else. Highly recommend.

After our hiking trip got cut short by unexpected inclement weather and a grueling hike down the mountain, we were in need of last-minute lodging, and this host came through in a pinch. The house was not only as advertised, but the hot tub was a great place to unwind after our adventure. Would definitely recommend this place or stay here again in the future

This was our kids first trip to Colorado! The lodge was perfect and the views are beautiful. The house was very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the toys! If we're ever in Pagosa again, we will definitely stay here.

We'd definitely go again especially for celstial events. During a new moon the milky way was visible as well as many satellites and meteors. lots of hiking off from the property and many nearby options.

Overall the cabin was nice, but I recommend a deep clean of the kitchen and purchase some new pans. The beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed the outside.

Michael's cabin was perfect for a two-night stay close to Pagosa Springs. It is easy to get to town in 15 minutes. There is lots of room but also very cozy. The decor is beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils, pans, dishes etc. that you would need. The cabin was very clean. There was plenty of room for our two golden retrievers to run around outside and explore. Michael was very responsive with questions that I had. I would highly recommend this cabin for a comfortable getaway!

Beautiful cabin on a hill overlooking everything. Amazing night skies and far enough off the main road where traffic noise was minimal. The house is cozy and beds are warm. Would love to stay here again

We had a great stay here. The only thing is that there are a few basic kitchen items missing. Things like a cheese grater. The knives are also pretty dull so if you plan on doing your own cooking I would just keep that in mind. There is a sharpener there but it didn't seem to do much. Probably would need some extensive time with the sharpener (more time than we had ha). Also, just something to note- the upstairs room gets cold if you don't leave the door open. Overall great stay and would recommend.

We were so grateful and had a wonderful experience! The cabin was beautiful and the land was very peaceful! We loved watching the sun come up from the windows in the morning. Our stay was closer to the full moon, which lit up the snow covered mountains beautifully at night! I could only imagine the stars are incredible during the new moon! Our son (2 years old) was entertained by the play closet for hours and loved playing in the snow outside! It was a quick and easy drive into town while also being far enough away to have peace and quiet. We would gladly return and highly recommend the home!

Great cabin for a family week away in Pagosa Springs. Lots of trails within a short drive to explore. Town is close by with a nice grocery store and a number of eating options. Michael was a great host. Enjoyed our stay…thx again Michael.

We absolutely loved our stay. It had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property was beautiful and secluded. We had everything we needed to cook and have a comfortable stay. My Aunt especially liked the treat basket. We left some treats as well. We all had plenty of room and I especially enjoyed the peace and quiet. We have family in the area and didn't have enough time to see everything we wanted so we will most likely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home!
